I've taught Screenwriting, Comedy Writing and Writing For Television in The Undergraduate Film & Television Department at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts for more than 15 years.

I also taught Playwriting in The Department of Dramatic Writing at NYU.

I'm a produced and published writer still actively working in the industry.

Besides You're Funny!, The Screenwriter Within and The Portable Film School, I’m co-author of the George Bush parody W. The First Hundred Days: A White House Journal.

Four of my plays are published by Dramatists Play Service:

  • The Girl Who Loved The Beatles
  • The Legendary Stardust Boys
  • Cash Flow
  • Men's Singles

I created 2 pilots for CBS, wrote for ABC, NBC and FOX and did the screen adaptation of the play
Spinning Into Butter starring Sarah Jessica Parker.

I’ve had numerous film and TV deals in various stages of development and done rewrites and punch-ups
on several projects.

I’m a member of The Writers Guild of America and The Dramatists Guild.
